The short version: Your financial data is yours. We never sell it, never share it, and only you can see it. Fieldiq is free — we never ask for a credit card, so we never have one. Period.
Your Data is Private
All financial data you enter into Fieldiq AI — including your jobs, revenue, expenses, profit, and business information — is private and only visible to you. No other user, company, or third party can see your financial data. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for any reason.
No Payment Info. Ever.
Fieldiq is completely free to use. We never charge you, never ask for a credit card, and never store any payment information. There is no billing system, no subscription, and no financial transaction between you and Fieldiq. Because we don't collect payment information, there is nothing of that nature to leak, lose, or misuse.
What We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to run your account: your email address, business name, and the financial data you choose to enter — jobs, expenses, and related business information. That's it. No payment data, no location tracking, no behavioral profiling, no advertising identifiers.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to power the Fieldiq AI features you use — your dashboard, job tracking, expense tracking, and AI advisor. The AI advisor uses your own business data to give you personalized advice. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of making the product work for you.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with industry-standard encryption. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. When you delete your account, all of your data — jobs, expenses, business information, and account details — is permanently removed from our systems. This cannot be undone.
Third Party Services
Fieldiq AI uses a small number of trusted third party services to operate: Supabase for database storage, Resend for sending account emails, and Vercel for hosting. These services are used only to make Fieldiq AI work and are not given access to your financial data beyond what is necessary to run the product.
